We're so glad you're
part of our family.
Your appointment is reserved, and we can't wait to meet you. Here's everything you need to know to make your first visit smooth and stress-free.
At Elite Dental Care, our team is dedicated to making every patient feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in their smile. We've put together this guide so you know exactly what to expect — before, during, and after your visit.
You'll receive an automated text reminder before your appointment. Please reply "C" to confirm your reserved appointment slot — this ensures we hold your time and are fully prepared for your visit. In the meantime, our team is always just a call, text, or email away.
A little prep goes a long way.
Filling out your forms online before your appointment saves valuable time in the office and allows us to prepare for your visit in advance. A link to your forms is included in your confirmation email. The sooner you complete them, the smoother your first visit will be.
- Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to your appointment.
- Have X-rays from your previous dentist? Please send or email them to us ahead of time so we can give you the most informed care from day one.
- Completed your forms online? You're all set — arrive right at your appointment time. Still need to fill out forms? Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get you checked in without delay.
To help us get started on your coverage and benefits as quickly as possible, please text or email a photo of the front and back of your insurance card to us as soon as possible after scheduling.
This allows our team to verify your eligibility and provide you with a benefits estimate before your appointment, so there are no surprises.

- Digital X-Rays — A quick and safe set of X-rays to give us a complete picture of your oral health, including what's happening below the surface.
- Professional Cleaning — Our talented and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist will perform a thorough cleaning to remove plaque and tartar buildup, leaving your teeth feeling fresh and polished.
- Comprehensive Exam — Your dentist will review your X-rays and assess your overall oral health, discussing any findings with you and answering all of your questions.
